Setup Positioning the HRM Transmitter and SDM Pod for Use

Follow steps through to position the HRM transmitter and SDM pod before a run or workout.

1 Push tab up

2 Press down tab

3 Attach other side of HRM

4 Generously wet both

 

through slot in
