Movies can be recorded in the shooting modes listed below. Movies can not be recorded in best moment capture or Motion Snapshot modes.

CAuto mode (0 38)

Choose this mode to leave the camera in charge of choosing settings. The camera automatically adjusts settings according to the subject and situation.

vAdvanced movie mode (0 62) Choose an exposure mode (0170) and adjust shutter speed or aperture, or record movies in slow or fast motion or with other special effects.

t, u, v, and wmodes (0 69) Movies shot when u, v, or wis selected are recorded in exposure mode t. Exposure mode selection is available only in advanced movie mode.

AMovie Sound

The Movie sound options item in the movie menu offers microphone sensitivity and wind noise options for both built-in and external microphones (0 193).
