Long Exp. NR

Photographs taken at shutter speeds of 1 s or slower can be processed to reduce “noise” in the form of randomly-spaced, brightly-colored pixels. Highlight Long exp. NR in the shooting menu ( 158) and press the multi selector to the right. Press the multi selector up or down to highlight an option, then press to the right to make a selection.

Noise reduction turns off except at sensitivities of HI-1and HI-2.
