cWelcome Screen

Press the dbutton Mz(Setup menu) (A 153) MWelcome screen

Choose whether or not to display the welcome screen on the monitor when the

camera is turned on.

None (default setting)

Displays the shooting or playback screen without displaying the welcome screen.

COOLPIX

Displays the welcome screen before displaying the shooting or playback screen.

Select an image

Select a picture that you have shot to display as the welcome screen. Display the picture selection screen, choose a picture (A 112), and press the kbutton to register it.

•As the selected picture is stored in the camera, the picture will appear in the welcome screen even if the original picture is deleted.

•Pictures shot with Image size (A 76) of I3648×2432, G3584×2016, and H2736×2736 cannot be stored.

•Pictures reduced to 160×120 or smaller using small picture editing (A 124) and cropping (A 126), cannot be selected.
