Photograph flowers, insects and other small objects at close range.

•Macro mode (A31) will be turned on and the camera automatically zooms to the position at the closest distance at which the camera can focus.

•The camera can focus at a distance of 10 cm (4 in.) at the

zoom position at which Fglows green (the zoom indicator is positioned before K). The closest possible shooting position may vary according to the zoom position.

•AF area mode is set to Manual (A100). Press the kbutton to choose the focus area in which focus is acquired.

•The camera focuses continuously until focus is locked by pressing the shutter-release button halfway.
