1 Schieben Sie den Hauptschalter des SB-30 in die Position ON oder STBY.

•In der Position STBY ist die Standby-Funktion aktiv. (S. 42)

•Bei digitalen Kameras der Serie COOLPIX ohne Blitzkontakte wird die Standby-Funktion nicht aktiviert. Schieben Sie in diesem Fall den Hauptschalter des SB-30 in die Position ON.

2 Achten Sie darauf, dass die Bereitschaftslampe aufleuchtet.

• Wenn die Bereitschaftslampe aufleuchtet, ist das SB-30 vollständig aufgeladen und zündbereit.

3 Schieben Sie den Hauptschalter des SB-30 in die Position OFF, wenn das Blitzgerät nicht gebraucht wird.

•Achten Sie darauf, dass der Hauptschalter tatsächlich auf OFF steht, wenn Sie das Blitzgerät nicht nutzen. Auf diese Weise wird die Batterie geschont.
