LET OP!

Op de machine zijn enkele plaatjes aangebracht met de volgende woorden:

–GEVAAR

–LET OP

–WAARSCHUWING

–ADVIES

Bij het lezen van deze handleiding moet de bediener de betekenis van de symbolen op deze plaatjes goed kennen. Dek de plaatjes niet af en vervang ze onmiddellijk als ze beschadigd zijn.

CONTROLE / VOORBEREIDINGEN VOOR ACCU'S OP EEN NIEUWE MACHINE

OPMERKING

Wanneer er een elektronische acculader op de machine is gemonteerd (optioneel), moet u deze op de accu's aansluiten zodat de machine kan worden ingeschakeld.

De machine heeft vier accu's van 6 V nodig, aangesloten volgens het schema (44), of een accupack van 24 V. De machine kan op een van de volgende manieren worden geleverd:

a)Met accu’s (WET of GEL) op de machine gemonteerd, klaar voor gebruik

b)De accu’s (WET) zijn op de machine gemonteerd, maar bevatten geen elektrolyt

c)Zonder accu’s

Ga op basis van de confi guratie als volgt te werk.

a)Met accu’s (WET of GEL) op de machine gemonteerd, klaar voor gebruik

1.Open de motorklep van de machine (7) en controleer of de accu's met de stekker (46) op de machine zijn aangesloten.

2.Sluit de motorklep (7).

3.Steek de contactsleutel (72) in het contact en draai deze in stand 'I' [zonder het pedaal (2) te drukken]. Als het groene lampje (75) gaat branden, zijn de accu’s klaar voor gebruik.

Als het gele (74) of het rode lampje (73) gaat branden, moeten de accu’s worden opgeladen (zie de procedure in het hoofdstuk Onderhoud).

b)De accu’s (WET) zijn op de machine gemonteerd, maar bevatten geen elektrolyt

1.Open de motorklep van de machine (7).

2.Verwijder de doppen (45) van de accu’s.

LET OP!

Het loodzwavelzuur is zeer corrosief dus wees bijzonder voorzichtig. Als de vloeistof in contact komt met de huid of de ogen, spoel dan overvloedig uit met water en raadpleeg een arts.

De accu’s moeten worden gevuld in een goed geventileerde ruimte. Draag werkhandschoenen.

3.Vul de cellen van de accu's met loodzwavelzuur voor accu’s (densiteit van 1,27 op 1,29 kg bij 25 °C) aan de hand van de instructies in de gebruikershandleiding van de accu.

De juiste hoeveelheid loodzwavelzuur staat in de handleiding van de accu's.

4.Laat de accu’s even staan en vul de cellen daarna met loodzwavelzuur aan de hand van de instructies in de handleiding van de accu’s.

5.Laad de accu's op (zie de procedure in het hoofdstuk Onderhoud).

c)Zonder accu’s

1.Schaf geschikte accu’s aan [zie het hoofdstuk Technische eigenschappen en het schema (44)]. Raadpleeg voor de keuze en montage een gekwalifi ceerde leverancier.

2.Monteer de accu's.

3.Stel de machine en acculader (waar van toepassing) in op basis van de gemonteerde accu's. Ga daarbij te werk zoals in het volgende deel.
