CONTROLE VAN DE HOOGTE EN WERKING VAN DE FLAPS

1.Zet de machine op een vlakke, geschikte ondergrond die als referentieoppervlak kan dienen om de hoogte van de

fl aps te controleren.

Activeer de parkeerrem met het pedaal (3) en de hendel

(4).

2.Zet de contactsleutel (72) in stand '0'.

Controle van de zijflaps

3.Draai de knoppen (23) en (21) los en verwijder de kleppen rechts (22) en links (20).

4.Controleer of de zijfl aps (13 en 14) heel zijn. Vervang de fl aps als er scheuren (A, Afb. 13) van meer dan 20 mm of breuken (B) van meer dan 10 mm in zitten (zie de werkplaatshandleiding voor vervanging van de fl aps).

5.Controleer of de zijfl aps (13 en 14) 0 tot 3 mm van de grond staan (A, Afb. 14). Stel eventueel de hoogte van de fl aps af met behulp van de openingen op de schroeven (A, Afb. 17).

6.Monteer de onderdelen weer in de omgekeerde volgorde van demontage.

Controle van de voor- en achterflap

7.Verwijder de hoofdborstel, zie het betreffende deel.

8.Controleer of de voorfl aps (15) en de achterfl aps (16) intact zijn. Vervang de fl aps als er scheuren (A, Afb. 13) van meer dan 20 mm of breuken (B) van meer dan 10 mm in zitten (zie de werkplaatshandleiding voor vervanging van de fl aps).

9.Controleer of:

•De voorfl ap (A, Afb. 18) licht contact maakt met de vloer en of hij niet los komt van de vloer (A, Afb. 15).

•De achterfl ap (B, Afb. 18) 0 tot 3 mm van de grond zit (A, Afb. 14).

10.Stel eventueel de hoogte van de fl aps af met behulp van de openingen op de schroeven (C en D, Afb. 18).

11.Gebruik het pedaal voor het omhoog brengen van de voorfl ap (5) en controleer of de voorfl ap (A, Afb. 16) ongeveer 90° omhoog draait (zie de afbeelding); laat het pedaal los en controleer of de fl ap in de beginpositie gaat en niet blijft hangen. Zie indien nodig de werkplaatshandleiding voor de afstelling of vervanging van de bedieningskabel voor de voorfl ap.

12.Monteer de onderdelen weer in de omgekeerde volgorde van demontage.
