To check or add money to your balance, access your Virgin Mobile account.

Check account balance

To retrieve your account balance, select Menu > My Account. Thecurrent balance
is sent to your phon e as a Virgi n Ale rt.
Note: When your account has no balance, calls may only be possible
tothe official emergency number programme d into the phone.

Top Up your account

Top Up is how money is added to your Virgin Mobile account. You can Top Up from
your phone by using a purchased Top Up card or a credit/debit card registered
with Virgin Mobile:
1. Select Menu > My Account > Top-Up.
2. Select either a Top Up card or a debit/credit card and follow the prompts.
