If the memory is full, you may have to delete a message from your inbox or outbox before your phone can update the missing text. See “Delete messages” on page 86.

• FONT SIZE FOR MESSAGES

You can choose whether messages appear in the display in large or small font.

1From the menus, select Messages > Message settings > Font size.

2Select either Small font or Large font.

•MESSAGE ICONS

Icons that precede the title of a message indicate the following:

The message has not been read.

The message has been read.

A message (which you have composed) has not been sent.

iThe message is a delivery report.

•SAVE YOUR MESSAGE CENTER NUMBER

Messages sent by your phone are routed through your wireless provider’s message center. Normally, this number is saved to your phone by your wireless provider. To save the number manually, do the following:

1From the menus, select Messages > Message settings > Sending profile > Default profile > Message center number.

2If the box in the display is empty, enter the number given by your wireless provider and select OK.

OR

If the box is full, leave the number as it is and select OK.
