Nokia 8265 warranty ADD Names and Numbers, Change a Stored Telephone Number

• ADD NAMES AND NUMBERS

1Press Names and scroll to Add new. Press Select.

2Using the keypad, enter the name and press OK.

3Enter the phone number and press OK.

You also can also enter numbers into your phone book by using a shortcut. At the Start screen:

1Enter a phone number and press Save.

2Enter a name at Name (optional).

3Press OK.

8	Note: The text automatically starts with uppercase/capital
	letters. To toggle between uppercase and lowercase letters,
	press	.

• CHANGE A STORED TELEPHONE NUMBER

You can change a number without changing its associated name.

1Press Names. Search appears highlighted.

2Press Select.

3Enter the first few letters of the first name of the person for whom you are searching and press OK.

Tip: If you chose Name only or Name list as your scrolling view, continue to step 5. If you chose Name + number as your scrolling view, go to step 6.

4Press Details to view the number.

5Press Options.

Edit appears highlighted.

6Press Select.

Edit the name if needed.
