While on an active call

3.Dial the DN where you parked the call.

Note: If a parked call is not retrieved within a specified time period, it rings back to your telephone or the attendant.

Record a Calling Party Number

Use the Calling Party Number feature to record a caller’s number, or to charge a call to an account number, during an established call.

To record a caller’s number for accounting purposes:

1.Press the Call Party (CParty) key. The caller is placed on hold.

2.Dial a charge account number or the caller’s number.

Note: For information on using the Charge key, see “Charge a call or charge a forced call” on page 60.

3.Press the Call Party (CParty) key to return to the call.

Trace a malicious call

Use the Malicious Call Trace feature to trace nuisance calls within your system.

Note: Malicious Call Trace is not a default feature. Contact your system administrator to configure this feature on your telephone.
