Does it ever blink green? Check (using /maint/starttrace and the netdirect_packet tag) that traffic is flowing from and to the client machine. If no traffic flows, verify on your own machine that Net Direct works. For more information about the starttrace command see the section “A User Fails to Connect to the VPN” (page 163).
