Use when taking pictures of food.
•Macro mode (A54) is enabled and the camera automatically zooms to the closest position at which it can focus.
•The closest possible shooting distance may vary according
to the zoom position. The camera can focus at distance of
3 cm (1.2 in.) at the zoom position at which Fand the zoom
indicator glow green (the zoom indicator is positioned to the left of K).
•The flash does not fire and the flash mode is disabled.
•Camera focuses on the subject at the center of the frame. The area focused can be changed by the touch shutter (A41) or touch AF/AE (A44).
•The camera focuses continuously until focus is locked by pressing the
•As pictures are easily affected by camera shake, be sure that Vibration reduction (A150) is enabled and hold the camera steadily.
