Before using your FOB100 thermometer, check the box content to be sure all items have been included. Your package should normally contain:

•Calibration Certificate.
Options:
•Fiber optic temperature sensor probes
•Fiber optic extension cables
•Fiber optic coupling

Make sure all listed items have been received and are in good condition. Note any evidence of rough handling in transit; immediately report any damage to the shipping agent. Should a part be missing or damaged, please contact your distributor immediately. Returns must be made with the original packaging, accompanied by an authorization number (RMA). The carrier will not honor damage claims unless all shipping material is saved for inspection. After examining and removing contents, save packing material and carton in the event reshipment becomes necessary.
