Using an -compatible TV, Player, or Recorder—Continued

•Even if you set to output audio on the TV speakers, audio will be output from the speakers connected to the HTX-22HDX when you adjust the volume or switch the input on the HTX-22HDX. To output audio from the TV speakers, re-do the operations on the TV.

•Do not connect the cable when con- necting to the -capable compo- nents.

•When you select anything other than the HDMI jack where the HTX-22HDX is con- nected as the input on the TV, the HTX-22HDX will switch to the input that’s assigned to the TV input display, for exam- ple, “DIG3 (TV).”

•The HTX-22HDX will automatically power on in conjunction when it deter-

mines it to be necessary. Even if the HTX-22HDX is connected to an  compatible TV or player/recorder, it will not power on if it is not necessary. It may not power on in conjunction when the TV is set to output audio from the TV.

•Linked functions with the HTX-22HDX may not work depending on the model. Operate the HTX-22HDX directly in such cases.

•If you cannot control a player or recorder over with the HTX-22HDX’s remote controller, it may be that the com-

ponent does not support remote control over or CEC.
