Listening to a stereo radio sta- tion
When you tune in a stereo FM station, the ST indicator lights up if the signal is suffi-
ciently strong.
If the signal is weak, you can still listen to the station in mono mode. In this case, tune in as follows.

2 Use the √TUNING® (/ ) or the number buttons on the remote control- ler to select the desired preset station.
1 Press the FM MODE button.
The “AUTO” indicator lights up.

2 Select the station you would like to

Selecting preset stations
Follow the procedure below to select a pre- set station stored in memory.
1 Select FM or AM using the INPUT but- ton or FM or AM button on the remote controller.
Clearing preset stations
You can clear preset stations from the preset memory.
1 Select the station as explained in the previous section.
2 Press and hold the MEMORY button and press the FM MODE button within a second.

Note
If you fail to press the FM MODE button while holding down the MEMORY button immediately, the AUTO MEMORY function will start operating.
