Note:

If you do not press any keys for 3 seconds, the machine will revert back to the answering machine menu, without changing the settings.

Checking number of Rings

Press the [ Checking number of RingsProgramming the VIP CodeChanging the VIP Code ] key briefly.

The display will show the number of rings set.

Press [ Checking the VIP CodeProgramming the Date/TimeManual backgroundManual background ] or [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] keys to set the second digit of the VIP code.

Press the [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] key to confirm the second number.

The display will show the current set 3rd digit of the VIP code.

Press [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] or [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] keys to set the third digit of the VIP code.

Press the [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] key to confirm the VIP code. You will hear a long beep. The new code will be displayed digit by digit.

Programming the VIP Code

The VIP code is a 3-digit code used to operate the machine remotely (see Remote Operation). The VIP code is set to "321" by default.

Note:

If you do not press any keys for 8 seconds, the previous VIP code is saved and the machine automatically exits the VIP setting mode.

Changing the VIP Code

Keep the [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] key pressed down for 2 secs to change the VIP code.

The first digit of the VIP code is displayed blinking on the screen.

Press [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] or [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] keys to set the first number of the VIP code.

Press the [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] key to confirm the first number. The display will show the current set 2nd digit of the VIP code.

Checking the VIP Code

Press the [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] key to show the VIP code. The display will show the VIP code digit by digit.

Programming the Date/Time

Press and hold the [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] button for 2 seconds, it will first play the current Date/Time.

Then, a short beep to start set date, prompt "Set day",

pause then prompt current day. Press [ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] or

[ Manual backgroundManual backgroundManual background ] to select days.
