The following accessories are included with Model 3212.

For Models 3200, 3212

PIZZA DOUGH

1 cup warm water

(between 85°F – 115°F : 30°C – 46°C)

2 tablespoons yeast

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

3-1/2 cups flour

Place dough blade on drive shaft. Place all flour in food processor. Add the yeast. Lock the lid in place. Dissolve honey and salt in warm water and pour mixture in slowly while the food processor is running. Mix for approximately 60 seconds. Add the olive oil and mix until blended

(approximately 1 – 2 minutes more).

The dough will turn into a ball and will roll around the processor.
