4. Remove the twenty screws securing the top cover.

5. Turn the notebook upside down again and remove the top cover.
Touchpad
To remove the touchpad module, first remove the top cover (see Top Cover on page 14), and then do the following:
1. Disconnect both flat cables from the headers on the touchpad module.

2.Remove the two screws securing the touchpad module to the top cover (see Fig. 26).
3.Remove the touchpad module.
LCD Assembly
To disassemble the LCD assembly, first remove the top cover (see Top Cover on page 14), and then perform the following steps:
