zWhen both the battery pack and AC adapter are connected, power is supplied from the AC adapter. The battery can be removed or mounted while using the AC adapter.
zWhen using the AC adapter, make sure you turn ON the AC adapter power before turning ON the camera- recorder’s power switch. If this sequence is reversed, the
zWhen connecting a battery to the DC IN socket, select the battery type listed under EXT DC IN SELECT. Select EXT DC IN SELECT from the <BATTERY/P2CARD> screen on the MAIN OPERATION page. In this case, however, the % display is disabled, even when using a digital battery.
