You can choose among 5 picture size settings.

[Preparation]

•Set the mode dial except for [ ]/[]/[]. (P23)

1Press the [MENU] button.

2Press 3/4 to select [PICT.SIZE].

3Press 2/1 to select the picture size.

•2304 : 2304a1728 pixels

•2048 : 2048a1536 pixels

•1600 : 1600a1200 pixels

•1280 : 1280a960 pixels

•640 : 640a480 pixels

4Press the [MENU] button.

•The menu will disappear.

•In motion image mode [ ], the picture size is fixed to 320a240 pixels.

•The smaller the picture size you select, the more pictures you can store on the Memory Card. In addition, a small data volume allows you attach the picture to an e-mail or post it on a website more easily. If you select a larger picture size, the printed picture will be clearer, especially with larger sized prints.
