Playing Back Pictures with Audio/Motion Images

Select the picture with audio icon [ ] and play back the audio.

• The cursor displayed during playback corresponds to 3/4/ 2/1.

•Motion image playback stops and the normal playback is restored by pressing

∫Fast forwarding/Fast rewinding During motion image playback, keep pressing 2/1.

• When releasing the button, it turns to normal motion image playback.

∫To pause

Press 3 during motion image playback.

•Press 3 again to cancel pause.

•You can record audio on DMC-LZ2. However, you cannot play audio only with the camera. When you want to play audio, connect the camera to TV (P83) or PC (P85).

•You cannot record audio on DMC-LZ1.

•The picture with audio cannot be resized (P77) or trimmed (P78).

•You cannot use the zoom function while playing back or pausing motion images.

•The file format that can be played back with the camera is QuickTime Motion JPEG.

•Some QuickTime Motion JPEG files recorded by a PC or other equipment may not be played back with the camera.

•When playing back motion images that have been recorded with other equipment, the quality of images may be deteriorated or it may not be possible to play them back.

•When using a high capacity card, it is possible that fast rewinding may be slower than usual.
