Connecting from your house (via the network)

You can select the method for connecting to a wireless access point.

¢WPS refers to a function that allows you to easily configure the settings related to the connection and security of wireless LAN devices.

To check if the wireless access point you are using is compatible with WPS, refer to the manual of the wireless access point.

Select connection method

Connection method	Description of settings
	Save push button type wireless access point that is compatible with
	Wi-Fi Protected SetupTM with a WPS mark.
	Press the wireless access point WPS	e.g.:
	button until it switches to WPS Mode.
[WPS (Push-Button)]	• Refer to the wireless access point instruction
	manual for details.

	Save PIN code type wireless access point that is compatible with Wi-Fi
	Protected Setup with a WPS mark.
	1	Press 3/4 to select the wireless access point you are
[WPS (PIN code)]	2	connecting to, and press [MENU/SET].
		Enter the PIN code displayed on the camera screen into
	3	the wireless access point.
		Press [MENU/SET].
		• Refer to the wireless access point instruction manual for details.
	Select this option when you are not sure about the WPS compatibility, or
[From List]	when you want to search for and connect to a wireless access point.
	• Refer to P145 for details.
