Recording

[Date Stamp]

Applicable modes:

You can take a picture with date and time of recording.

Settings

Description of settings

[W/O TIME]

Stamp the year, month, and day.

[WITH TIME]

Stamp the year, month, day, hour, and minutes.

[OFF]

 

 

Date information for pictures recorded with the [Date Stamp] set cannot be deleted.

When printing pictures with [Date Stamp] at a shop or with a printer, the date will be printed on top of the other if you choose to print with the date.

If the time has not been set, you cannot stamp with the date information.

When date is stamped onto the 0.3M pictures, it is difficult to read it.

The setting is fixed to [OFF] in the following cases.

When recording motion pictures

When using Auto Bracket

When using [Burst].

[Date Stamp] cannot be set in the Intelligent Auto Mode. Setting of other Recording Mode will be reflected.

Even if you take a picture with [Date Stamp] set to [OFF], it is possible to stamp dates onto the recorded pictures using [Text Stamp] (P113) or setup the Date print (P119, 160).

[Self Shot]

Applicable modes:

You can set the soft skin effect, the number of pictures to be taken, and other details for Self Shot Mode.

Settings

Description of settings

[ON]

If you rotate the monitor, Self Shot Mode is activated.

[OFF]

[SET]

Changes the settings of [Soft Skin]/[Shot Count]/[Countdown].
