Selecting how to show 4:3 aspect pictures on the LCD

1 MONITOR MODE 2	Press [	] to select the monitor mode.
	NORMAL: Normal (displays in 4:3 video aspect)
ENTER	FULL:	Stretches the picture horizontally to fill the screen
	ZOOM:	Stretches the picture vertically and horizontally
Press once.	JUST:	Stretches the right and left edges of the picture to fill the screen
	OFF:	No picture
	pIf you are not using the LCD on this unit, select “OFF” to
	conserve power. (The [ ] indicator flashes)
	pThe LCD turns off automatically if you close it.
	pTo exit the screen: Press [RETURN].
Adjusting the picture quality on the LCD
1 MONITOR MODE 2	Press [	] to select the item, and [	] to change the setting.
	BRIGHT: Dims or brightens the picture (U5 to 5)
ENTER	COLOUR: Adjusts the shade of the picture’s color (U5 to 5)
	SHARP:	Adjusts the sharpness of the edges of the horizontal lines. (L1 to 2)

Press twice.	GAMMA: Adjusts the brightness of dark parts (L1 to 2).
	SD INDICATOR: Turn ON or OFF the illumination which will appear
	while “SD” is selected.
	pTo exit the screen: Press [RETURN].

Skipping a minute forward (CM SKIP) [DVD-VR][DVD-V](Except KR/KRW)

		Convenient when you want to skip commercials etc.
		During play, press [CM SKIP].
	CM SKIP	pThis may not work depending on the play position.
		p[DVD-VR]Does not work:
		-with still picture part.
		-when playing a playlist.
Repeat play (Only when the elapsed play time can be displayed.
		[JPEG] [SD[PICTURE] : you can use even if there is no elapsed time display.)

“Play Menu”.

“Repeat”.
Press [	] then [	] to select the

content to be repeated. Press [ENTER] .
