Playing back the USB HDD

Only mortion picture/still picture that have been copied by connecting this unit to the USB HDD or created with HD Writer LE 2.0 can be played back.

≥ Insert the plugs as far as they will go.

1 Connect this unit to the USB HDD to prepare for playback. (l 78)

When playing back on a TV, connect this unit to the TV. (l 71)

2 Select [Playback HDD] using the cursor button on the unit and press the ENTER button.

3 Select the scene or still picture and press the ENTER button to playback.

The playback operation is performed the same as when playing back motion pictures or still pictures. (l28, 57)

To terminate the connection between this unit and the USB HDD

Select in the thumbnail screen and press the ENTER button.

Disconnect the USB Connection Cable from this unit.

It is also possible to switch the media to playback by selecting the play mode selection icon and

pressing the ENTER button. (USB HDD) in the media can be selected when USB HDD is connected. (l28)

Deleting scenes and still pictures on the USB HDD may take time.

You cannot set the following items during playback of (USB HDD). j [SCENE PROTECT]
