11.1 Report messages (KX-MB2025/KX-MB2030 only)
To indicate the unit’s fax transmission/reception status, one of the following messages will be printed on the sending
and journal reports (page 43).

again or check with the other party.

RA line problem occurred. Connect the telephone line
cord to a different jack and try again.
RAn overseas transmission error occurred. Try using
the overseas mode (feature #411 on page 64).
DOCUMENT JAMMED ----- RRemove the jammed document (page 98).

RA transmission or reception error occurred because
of a problem with the other party’s fax machine.
Check with the other party.
JUNK FAX PROH. REJECT ----- RThe junk fax prohibitor feature of this unit rejected
fax reception.
MEMORY FULL ----- RThe memory is full of received documents due to a
lack of recording paper or a recording paper jam.
Load paper (page 15) or remove the jammed paper
(page 93).
RIf the PC fax setting (feature #442 on page 67) is set
to ALWAYS, check the connection between the
computer and the unit.
RIf your unit is connected to the computer via the LAN
and the fax preview mode (feature #448 on
page 54) is set to ON, view, print or save the
documents on the web browser, and then erase
unnecessary documents (page 54).
NO DOCUMENT / FAILED PICKUP ----- RThe document was not fed into the unit properly.
Re-insert it and try again.
OTHER FAX NOT RESPONDING ----- RThe other party’s fax machine is busy or has run out
of recording paper. Try again.
RThe other party’s fax machine rings too many times.
Send the fax manually (page 43).
RThe other party’s machine is not a fax machine.
Check with the other party.
RThe number you dialled is not in service.
PRESSED THE ‘Stop’ KEY ----- R MStopN was pressed and fax communication was
cancelled.
THE COVER WAS OPENED ----- RThe top cover was opened. Close it and try again.
OK ----- RFax transmission or reception was successful.
