While storing an entry in the
phonebook or assigning a one
touch dial, the handset starts to
ring.
LA call is being received. To answer the call, press
{C}. Programming will be cancel led. Start again.
Pressing {R} does not
display/dial the last number dialled.
LThe redialled number was more than 24 digits long.
Redial the number manually.
The handset beeps intermittently
and/or 7 flashes.
LFully charge the batteries (page 9).
I fully charged the batteries, but
7 still flashes.
LClean the charge contact and charge again (page
9).
LIt is time to replace the batteries (page 10).
Caller information is not displayed. LYou must subscribe to Caller ID service.
LYour unit is connected to a telephone line with
ADSL (JetStream) service. We recommend that
you contact your ADSL serv ice provider to have an
ADSL Splitter installed. We do not recommend the
use of generic ADSL filters.
While viewing caller informat ion,
the display returns to standby
mode.
LDo not pause for over 1 minute while searching.
I cannot register a handset to a
base unit.
LThe maximum number of base units (4) are already
registered to the handset. Cancel unused base unit
registrations from the handset (page 34).
LThe maximum number of handsets (6) are already
registered to the base unit. Cancel unused handset
registrations from the base unit (page 33).
LYou entered the wrong PIN number. If you forget
your PIN, consult your nearest Panasonic service
centre.
LLocate the handset and the base unit away from
other electrical appliances.
