	number or group setting, press Ñ (Edit key)	F=Edit	H=Save
	repeatedly to reach the desired display and
	change it.
10	Press á (Save key).
	•A beep sounds.

•To continue editing other items, repeat from 3.

•To return to the standby mode, press (OFF).

•You can exit the programming mode any time by pressing (OFF).

Erasing an Item from the Directory

Make sure the unit is in the standby mode initially.

With the handset

1	Press Ü or á to enter the
	directory list.
2	Press Ö or Ñ.
	•The first item is displayed.
3	Press Ö or Ñ repeatedly to
	find the directory item you
	want to erase
	•To search for the item by initial,
	see page 40.

	Press (CLEAR/INTERCOM).
	•To stop erasing, press Ü (No key).
		Clear?
		I=No	H=Yes

	Press á (Yes key) or
	(CLEAR/INTERCOM).

•A beep sounds and “Clear” is displayed.

•To erase other items, repeat from step 3.

•To return to the standby mode, press (OFF).

With the base unit
