Motor Safety Filter Changing

➢Check motor safety filter occa- sionally and change when dirty.

WARNING

Electrical Shock Hazard

Do not operate the vacuum cleaner without the motor safety filter. Be sure the filter is dry and properly in- stalled to prevent motor failure and/or electrical shock.

➢Turn off and unplug vacuum cleaner.

➢Lift rubber retainer and pull out motor safety filter as shown.

➢Replace filter.

➢White side is mounted facing the dust bag.

➢Filter cannot be cleaned and should be replaced at least once a year.

➢Insert bag and bag caddy.

➢DO NOT CLEAN FILTER WITH WATER.

➢DO NOT operate the vacuum cleaner without filter.
