1Plug in

Plug into a properly earthed electrical outlet.

2Open Door

Open the door and place container with food in a dish on Glass Tray in the oven. Then close the door.

3Select Power Level

eg. Meduim

Press Power Level Pad three times. (see page 10 for Micro Power chart)

4Set Time

e.g. 12 minute 35 seconds

Press Time Pads

once twice

three times ﬁve times

5 Press
