This Camcorder is capable of still picture playback

and frame-advance playback.

, Set to Tape Playback Mode.

. The One-Touch Navigation icon is displayed on the

lower right of the screen.

(PV-GS59 Only)

1Press the [1_] Button.

2Press the [ II ] Button.

•The playback image stops in the Still Playback Mode.

3Press the [41] Button or [1!_] Button on the Remote Control.

•The [11_-]or [_ll] Indication appears.

•With each press of the [_il] Button, still pictures advance in the reverse direction.

With each press of the [11_]Button, still pictures advances in the forward direction. If one of the buttons continues to be pressed, still pictures

advance continuously 1 frame at a time until the button is released.

I To Resume Normal Playback

Press the [_-] Button.

By pushing the [W/T] Lever of the Camcorder in the

Still Playback Mode, still pictures can be advanced one frame at a time in the forward or backward

direction. If you keep pushing the Lever, still pictures advance continuously.

. If the Camcorder is left in the Still Playback Mode

for more than 5 minutes, the Camcorder switches to the Stop Mode to protect the video heads from excessive wear and tear.

It plays back files recorded on a Card.

. Open the LCD Monitor or extend the Viewfinder before turning on the power.

1Set the [OFF/ON] Switch to [ON].

• The [STATUS] Indicator lights Red.

,The [ a CARD PLAYBACK MODE] is displayed on the screen.
