Display	ODescription
	OVTR operation and corrective action
E-20	If condensation is detected, the error number
	flashes and the unit transfers to eject mode. The
DEW	drum rotates after the cassette is ejected to
	eliminate the condensation.
	Once the unit is released from condensation
	status, the error message display is cleared and
	the VTR is able to be used.
	OIf condensation is detected in the eject mode,
	the drum starts rotating as soon as it is
	detected.
	OIf condensation is detected when the cassette
	has been inserted, the drum rotation is
	stopped, and after the tape is ejected, the
	drum starts rotating.
	VTR: EJECT
	OLeave the power on and wait.
E-29	The unit switches to eject mode and if the
	cassette fails to move up within 6 seconds, this
FRONT LOAD	error number flashes on the display.
MOTOR	OIf the cassette does not move down inside the
	machine even when 6 seconds have elapsed
	since the cassette was inserted, the VTR is
	transferred to the eject mode.
	VTR: STOP
	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-31	If the unloading operation is not completed
	within 6 seconds, this error number flashes on
LOADING	the display.
MOTOR	OWhen the loading operation is not completed
	within 6 seconds, the VTR is transferred to the
	eject (unloading) mode.
	VTR: STOP
	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-35	If there is no response from the servo
	microcomputer for 1 second or more, this error
SERVO	number flashes on the display.
CONTROL	VTR: STOP
ERROR	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-37	If 10 seconds or more elapses and the servo
	microcomputer has not followed orders issued
SERVO COMM	by the system control microcomputer, this error
ERROR	number flashes on the display.

E-38	If automatic adjustment of the reel and capstan
	rotation in eject status was not performed

E-52	If the take-up reel fails to take up the tape while
	the tape is travelling in the state where the total
W-UP REEL	amount of the tape has not yet been detected
NOT ROTA	after the cassette was inserted, this error
	number flashes on the display.

	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-53	If there is an abnormally large discrepancy
	between the amount of tape taken up by the
WINDUP	take-up reel and the amount of tape supplied by
ERROR	the supply reel while the tape is travelling after
	the total amount of the tape begins to be
	detected, this error number flashes on the
	display.
	VTR: STOP
	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-55	If the tape has not been taken up during
	unloading, this error number flashes on the
UNLOAD	display.
ERROR	VTR: STOP

E-57	If the start or end processing operation is not
	completed, this error number flashes on the
S-FF/REW	display.
TIMEOVER	VTR: STOP
	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-59	If the cylinder motor speed is abnormally low,
	this error number flashes on the display.
DRUM ROTA	VTR: STOP
TOO SLOW	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-60	If the cylinder motor speed is abnormally high,
	this error number flashes on the display.
DRUM ROTA	VTR: STOP
TOO FAST	OSet the POWER switch to OFF and then to
	ON again.
E-61	If the capstan motor speed is abnormally low,
	the error number flashes on the display.
CAP ROTA	VTR: STOP
