(DLL Initialization)
AX_InitializeControl
Description Sends Handle (. hwnd) of the Applications Main Form to the DLL to spawn its threads.
Returns (Integer) 1 on Success, 0 on Failure
Arguments (Long) handle of the Applications Main Form

Call AX_InitializeControl (frmMain.hwnd)

AX_IsCardPresent
Description Checks if Servo Controller Card is present
Returns 1 if Motion card exists, 0 if not.
