REGULACIÓN DE LA PALANCA DE VELOCIDADES DEL CAMBIO MECÁNICO CON DIFERENCIAL Y TRACCIÓN ANTERIOR

El cambio mecánico con diferencial y tracción anterior tiene que estar en posición neutro cuando la relativa palanca está en posición (cierre metálico).

La regulación ya está predefinida por la Casa constructora, pero si es necesario efectuar más regulaciones, proceder de la siguiente manera:

Asegurarse que el cambio mecánico con diferencial y tracción anterior esté en posición neutro .

NOTA: Cuando las ruedas posteriores del tractor se mueven libremente, el cambio mecánico está en neutro.

Soltar el perno de regulación en la parte anterior de la rueda posterior derecha.

Colocar la palanca de velocidades en posición neutro .

Apretar a fondo el perno de regulación.

NOTA: Desplazar el plano de trabajo de la segadora hasta la posición más baja para aumentar el juego al fin de acceder al perno de regulación.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA LEVA DEL MECCANISMO DEL CAMBIO DI VELOCITÀ CON DIFFERENZIALE

Il meccanismo del cambio con differenziale deve essere in posizione di folle quando la relativa leva è in posizione di folle (blocco). Tale condizione viene impostata al momento della fabbricazione. Qualora fossero necessari ulteriori regolazioni, procedere come segue:

Verificare che il meccanismo del cambio con differenziale sia in posizione di folle .

NOTA: Quando le ruote posteriori del trattore si muovono liberamente, il meccanismo del cambio è posizione folle.

Allentare il bullone di regolazione davanti alla ruota posteriore destra.

Collocare la leva del meccanismo del cambio in posizione di folle .

Stringere a fondo il bullone di regolazione.

NOTA: Spostare il piano di supporto della falciatrice nella posizione più bassa per aumentare il gioco e facilitare l’accesso al bullone di regolazione.

AFSTELLING VAN DE SCHAKELHEFBOOM VOOR GECOMBINEERDE VERSNELLINGSBAK EN ACHTERBRUG

De gecombineerde versnellingsbak en achterbrug moet in “vrijloop” staan wanneer de schakelhefboom zich in de vrijloopstand bevindt (sluitboomgrendel). Dit is reeds in de fabriek afgesteld. Mocht afstelling toch noodzakelijk zijn, ga dan als volgt te werk:

Controleer of de gecombineerde versnellingsbak en achterbrug in “vrijloop” staat.

N.B.: Wanneer de achterwielen van de tractor vrij bewegen, staat de versnellingsbak in vrijloop.

Zet de stelbout voor het rechter achterwiel los.

Plaats de versnellingshendel in de vrijloopstand .

Zet de stelbout stevig vast.

N.B.: Als extra ruimte nodig is om bij de stelbout te komen, het maaiwerk in de laagste stand zetten.
