3.Cleaning the Printhead and Platen Roller

CAUTION

Turn off the power and unplug the cord before proceeding.

The power supply cord is intended to serve as the disconnect device. The socket-outlet must be near the equipment and must be easily accessible.

1.After turning off the power, grasp the printer cover on both sides and lift it up.
