4 | Be certain there is 1/4" of exposed thread on two |
| socket screws of the shelf assembly. Hook shelf |
assembly into keyhole slots on the bottom of wall plate (F) as shown. Securely tighten socket screws.

right. Be certain tabs on the inside of wall |
plate cover (G) engage top holes on wall plate (F).
Insert grommet (I) into top cover (G)
if desired. Note: A portion of grommet can be cut
away to allow for cable passage.
To remove top cover (G), push the side tabs
outward on cover and pull forward as shown G in figure 6.1.
5 | A surge protector (not included) can be fastened to |
the tabs on the inside of wall plate (F) using cable |
ties (P) as shown.
Note: the maximum dimensions of surge protector that can be placed into upper wall plate (F) is 11" long by 2" wide. Outlets of surge protector must face inward as shown.
