Allocating a decoder
SomeTV stations will send coded TV channels, that you can
onlywatch when you use a decoder. You can connect such a
decoder(descrambler) to your TV-VIDEO Combi. With the
followingfunction, the connected decoder will automatically
beactivated for the TV programme you want to watch.
aChoosethe TV channel on which you wish to use the
decoderwith the APqor PrB buttonson the
TV-VIDEOCombi or the number buttons 0-9 onthe
remotecontrol.
bPressthe MENUbutton on the remote control. The main
menuwill appear.
cSelectthe line ’Installation’ with the PrB or
APqbutonand confirm with the SqC button.
dSelectthe line ’Manual store’ with the PrB or
APqbuttonand confirm with the SqC button.
eSelectthe line ’Decoder’ with the PrB or
APqbutton.

Manual TV channel search
Incertain cases the ’Automatic TV channel search’ may not be
ableto find all of the TV channels (e.g. coded TV channels). In
thatcase, use this manual method to set the channels.
aPressthe MENUbutton on the remote control. The main
menuwill appear.
bSelectthe line ’Installation’ with the PrB or
APqbuttonand confirm with the SqC button.
cSelectthe line ’Manual store’ with the PrB or
APqbuttonand confirm with the SqC button.

fInthe line ’Programme number’ select the
programmenumber you want e.g.: ’01’, using the
DSr or SqC button.
gIfyou want to change the TV channel name, press the
SqC buttonin line ’Edit name’.
ESelectthe character you want to change with the
DSr orthe SqC button.Change the character
withthe PrB orthe APqbutton.Select the next
characterin the same way.
EToconfirm the information, press the OK button.
