This section helps you with the positioning and the
first time installation of the TV.

3.1 Position the TV

Carefully read the safety precautions in section 1.1
Safety before you position the TV.
•Large screen TVs are heavy. Carry and handle the
TV with at least two persons.
•The ideal distance from which to watch TV is
three times its diagonal screen size.
•Position the TV where light does not fall directly
on the screen.
•Dim lighting conditions in the room for best
Ambilight effect.
•Position the TV 10 to 20cm away from the wall
for the best Ambilight effect.
•Your TV is equipped with a Kensington Security
Slot at the back of the TV for an anti-theft lock
(not supplied).
On 32” and 37”TV models.
