3 Change settings
This section helps you to change the settings of this player.

1 Press .
2 Select [Setup] > [Video] to access the video setup options.
• [TV Display]: Select a pictur e display format to fit the T V screen.
• [HDMI Video]: Select an HDMI vide o resolution.
• [HDMI Deep Color]: Display colors with mo re shades and hues when t he video content is
recorded in Deep Co lor and the TV suppor ts this feature.
• [Picture Settings]: Select a prede fined color setting.
[Closed Caption]• : Turn on or off the display of sound effec ts in subtitles (applicab le only when
both a disc and the TV su pport this feature).
Note
If you change a setti ng, make sure that th e TV support s the new setting. • For s ettings relate d to HDMI, the TV m ust be connected t hrough HDMI. • For the composite connection (via the • VIDEO connector), select a video resolution of 480i/576i or
480p/576p under [HDMI Video] to enab le video output .
