Para que seja reparado ou substituído devido a defeitos de pixel durante o período de garantia, o painel LCD TFT presente em um monitor de tela plana Philips deverá apresentar defeitos de pixel ou

subpixel que ultrapassem as tolerâncias listadas abaixo.
