Browse your media library
The Songbird media library is structured as
follows:
a Player Pane (th is is where the VIBE is
displayed)
b Libra ry Pane (this is where you  nd the
contents of your libra ry)
c Serv ice Pane (this is where you nd
additional infor mation about contents ,
such as playlists)
d Informat ion Pane (this is were you nd
information abou t the selected options)
Organize and manage your
Songbird library
Let Songbird manage your media
1 On the comp uter, launch the Songbird
program.
2 Selec t Tools > Options….
3 On the Son gbird toolbar, select the
Manage Files tab.
4 Check Allow Songbird to m anage my
les.
5 Set the op tions on how you want to
organize your media .
Export media to iTunes
1 On the comp uter, launch the Songbird
program.
2 Selec t Tools > Options....
3 On the Son gbird toolbar, select the
Media Importer t ab, then iTunes Import/
Export.
4 Verify yo ur library locati on and options.
5 Selec t Export Library.
The software exports the library from »
Songbird to iTunes.

what services ar e available to you.
Import recordings from VIBE
1 On the comp uter, launch the Songbird
program.
2 On the Son gbird toolbar, click File, then
select Import M edia....
3 Selec t your recordings on VIB E, then click
OK.
The selected recordings are listed in »
the media library.
Tip
If you select a folde r that contains reco rdings, •
the softwar e scans the folder and a dds all the
recordings it con tains to the libra ry (duplicate
titles are ignor ed).
