Explanation: When a CAV LaserDisc is playing, this command sets the address flag to “frame” prior to searches. The player recognizes this address flag until a command indicating a different one is sent. If a CD is playing, this command is unavailable and an error, E04, is returned.
Note: CLV Time Number Frame Value can be searched to when a CLV disc is playing and the address flag is set to Frame. The player will search to the exact minute, second and frame number location, then land in Pause. The frame number will not be displayed on the front panel display or on the screen, but it can be verified by issuing the ?F command.
