The connections on this page demonstrate the versatility of this player to conform to any number of home entertainment systems. 5.1 Channel Surround Speaker System

1S-video connection to a TV or monitor with S-video inputs (page 18)*.

2When using the S-VIDEO OUT jack, set VIDEO SELECT to the top position.

3Digital audio connections to an AV component with a built-in decoder, etc. (page 17).

4 After all connections have been made, connect to a power outlet.

*It may be possible to make video connections through your AV receiver or amplifier. Please refer to the manual supplied with your component for more information.
