Basic adjustment settings

Channel setup

If initial auto installation does not memorize all the channels in your region, follow the instructions below to manually memorize the channels.

Setting the Air/Cable

1 Press MENU.

2 Press a/bto select “Setup”, and then press SET/

ENTER.

•Secret number setting menu displays only when “Secret No.” is set. (See page 52.)

•Setup menu displays when the “Secret No.” is not set. Skip step 3.

3 Enter your 4-digit secret number with 0 – 9 to cancel the “Secret No.” when you set it.

4 Press a/bto select “CH Setup”, and then press SET/ENTER.

5 Press a/b to select “Air/Cable”, and then press SET/ENTER.

6 Press a/b to select the desired item, and then press SET/ENTER.

7 Press MENU to exit the menu.

•Return to the previous menu by pressing MENU RETURN.

Automatic channel searching

Channel auto search makes the Plasma Display System look for all channels viewable in the set area.

1 Press MENU.

2 Press a/bto select “Setup”, and then press SET/

ENTER.

•Secret number setting menu displays only when “Secret No.” is set. (See page 52.)

•Setup menu displays when the “Secret No.” is not set. Skip step 3.

3 Enter your 4-digit secret number with 0 – 9 to cancel the “Secret No.” when you set it.

4 Press a/bto select “CH Setup”, and then press SET/ENTER.

5 Press a/bto select “CH Search”, and then press SET/ENTER.

•Channel search automatically starts.

6 Press MENU to exit the menu.

•Return to the previous menu by pressing MENU RETURN.

•Channel search function is available for ANT-A only.

•ANT-B cannot perform channel search.

•You may need to manually add the Cable Converter output channel setting (fixed), when the Cable Converter using.(See page 25.)
