Note: The name of the disc that appears on the desktop will be the original volume tag name, even if the name of the disc has been changed in the MediaFinder window. (see Renaming a disc elsewhere in this manual).
Accessing/playing discs from Client Macintosh systems
Macintosh systems that have the Client software installed can access Changers on remote systems. (see Installing the PowerFile software on client Macintosh computers elsewhere in this manual)
To access remote Changers, go to the Browser pulldown menu, and select Add Remote...
This will bring up the Add Remote... dialog box. Enter the I.P. address of the host system. Once connected, the MediaFinder window for the Changer that is connected to the host system will appear on the client system desktop. All discs can then be access just as if the Changer were connected to the client system.

Cleaning Media
Try to avoid touching the read area (underside) of the disc as dirt and smears will degrade the disc accessing speed.
If the disc becomes dirty, wipe it with a damp soft cloth. Avoid cleaning in a circular motion, but rather from the inner side outward.
