FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE

The revolutionary incline trainer combines state-of-the- art technology with innovate design to provide you with a motivating and effective form of exercise in the conve- nience of your home.

When the manual mode of the console is selected, the grade and speed of the trainer can be changed with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will dis- play continuous exercise feedback. You can even track your heart rate using the optional heart rate mon- itor (for information about the optional heart rate monitor, see page 19).

The console also offers twelve preset programs. Each preset program automatically controls the grade and speed of the trainer to simulate a hiking trail as it guides you through an effective workout. Choose from beginner, intermediate, and advanced programs.

The console also features new iFIT.com interactive technology. IFIT.com technology is like having a per- sonal trainer right in your home. Using the included audio cable, you can connect the trainer to your home

stereo, portable stereo, or computer and play special iFIT.com CD programs (CD’s are available separately). iFIT.com CD programs automatically control the grade and speed of the trainer as a personal trainer walks you through every step of your workout. High-energy music provides added motivation. Each CD features two pro- grams designed by certified personal trainers.

In addition, you can connect the trainer to your VCR and TV and play iFIT.com video programs (videocas- settes are available separately). Video programs offer the same benefits as iFIT.com CD programs, but add the excitement of exercising with a class and an instruc- tor— the hottest new trend at health clubs.
