Determines the length of time, in tenth of a second intervals, that the modem will wait before disconnecting when no data is sent or received. In MNP or V.42 mode, any data transmitted or received will reset the timer. In other modes, any data transmitted will reset the timer. The inactivity timer is incorporative in synchronous mode.
