HOW TO USE AN IFIT PROGRAM
1Turn on the console. See step 1 on page 14.
2Insert an iFIT Card and select a program.
To use an iFIT program, insert an iFIT Card into the iFIT slot; make sure that the iFIT Card is ori- ented so the metal contacts are

Next, select the desired program on the iFIT Card by pressing the increase and decrease buttons next to the iFIT slot.
A moment after you select a program, the voice of a personal trainer will begin guiding you through your workout. iFIT programs work in the same way as preset programs. To use the pro- gram, see steps 3 to 6 on pages 16 and 17.

ers. Plug the cable into a jack on your MP3 player or CD player; make sure that the audio cable is fully plugged in.
Next, press the play button on your MP3 player or CD player. Adjust the volume of the speakers using the volume control on your MP3 player or CD player.
When not in use, insert the stereo audio cable into the storage recess on the console.
